Chenodeoxycholic acid(CDCA) content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and thin layer chromatography (HPLC). The method of preparation of high purity CDCA was established by using barium salt method to extract CDCA and physical and chemical influencing factors. After hydrolysis with 500 mL of duck bile, 19.4 g of total bile acid was prepared, containing 8.13 g of CDCA, and some of the taurine deoxycholic acid (TCDCA) was transformed to produce chenodeoxycholic acid during the hydrolysis. The above method is simple and effective, low cost, for the clinical separation of chenodeoxycholic acid provides a new process program.
This paper analyzed the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Fangchang Panshi decoction in the treatment of gallstones, and explored its application value in modern medicine. Methods: A total of 60 patients with gallstones who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were divided into control group and observation group according to the randomized grouping during the course of treatment. Results: After the analysis of the results of related treatment in our hospital, we can find that the effective treatment rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group Group of patients, the difference between the two groups, P less than 0.05, with a statistical significance. Conclusion: The treatment of gallstones with Chinese medicine decoction of gallstones is better than that of chenodeoxycholic acid. It can improve the efficiency of gallstones and have good clinical value. It is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
