Deoxycholic acid:

② Through animal studies found that early pregnancy using ursodeoxycholic acid will have embryo toxicity. There is also a lack of experimental data for the first three months of pregnancy. Women of childbearing age can only use ursodeoxycholic acid capsules after taking safe contraceptive measures. Before starting treatment, the patient should be excluded from pregnancy. For the sake of safety, ursodeoxycholic acid capsules can not be taken in the first three months of gestation.
Although there is no data that ursodeoxycholic acid can enter the breast milk, but it is recommended in breastfeeding do not take ursodeoxycholic acid capsules.
Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI):
